Special color syringes also play an important role, such as amber dispensing syringes that shield UV light and are suitable for UV dispensing machines to prevent UV adhesive from reacting to the light, and black UV-protected dispensing syringes, which are used for light-curing adhesive dispensing operations, and can protect against UV rays.

 

The working principle is based on pressure drive. The dispensing equipment applies a certain pressure to the syringe, and this pressure is the source of power for the flow of electronic glue. The amount of pressure directly determines the amount of glue supplied and the speed of glue flow . For example, in the chip encapsulation process, the dispensing equipment applies precisely regulated pressure to the syringe, so that the electronic adhesive is extruded from the syringe through the needle at the right amount and speed, and is precisely coated around the chip to complete the encapsulation. When assembling circuit boards, the same pressure is relied upon to accurately distribute the conductive adhesive between the pins of the electronic components and the wiring to achieve a stable electrical connection.
