On August 8, 2024, at 10 a.m., the groundbreaking ceremony of the Jiangsu Adhesive Package International Co.,Ltd Phase II project began. The project covers an area of approximately 12,000 square meters, with 4,700 square meters acquired for the existing factory in Phase I and 13,300 square meters for the expansion in Phase II. The total construction area is 18,000 square meters.
In Phase I, an investment of 60 million yuan was made. Forty sets of equipment, such as milling machines, grinding machines, lathes, drilling machines, and automation equipment, have been added. The main products of this project are high-end automated assembly equipment, including vision inspection equipment, disc-type inspection equipment, and desktop inspection equipment.
Among the key products of this project are epoxy mixers, static mixers, static mixer nozzles, static mixer tubes, adhesive cartridges, dental mixing tips, disposable cartridges, plastic static mixers, disposable cartridges, needle and syringes, dental syringes, and dental mixing tips. Also, a new injection mold manufacturing line has been added to meet the customized requirements of customers for adhesive packaging.
Once the project is completed, it will boast an automated production capacity of 5 million sets of adhesive packaging per month. This marks that JAPI has reached a leading position domestically and even worldwide in the field of manufacturing of Glue Static Mixer, plastic Static Mixer, epoxy Mixer, mixer Tube Nozzle, dual Cartridge, Ab Glue Static Mixer, static Mixer Nozzle, disposable Static Mixer, static Mixer Nozzle, nozzle Plastic, and mixing Nozzles in terms of automation.
